Reservoir producer Scott Storch, who heated up the ’90s and early oughts with hits from Justin Timberlake, Xzibit, and Beyonce, to name a few, stopped by MTV yesterday afternoon to sit down with hip-hop enthusiast and MTV fixture Sway on the live-streamed interview show, RapFix Live.

The show, which usually airs from MTV headquarters in Times Square, was being filmed out of Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, where the station’s Video Music Awards will be held this year.

Scott addressed his recent robbery while leaving a Manhattan recording studio, stating that as long as he and his family are okay, he doesn’t sweat the loss of the jewels and cash the perpetrators made off with, adding, powerfully, that “nothing can stop the music.”
