RITA ORA DROPS NEW SINGLE ‘GIRLS’ FEAT. CARDI B, BEBE REXHA & CHARLI XCX CO-WRITTEN BY ALI TAMPOSI
Date:
Rita Ora released her latest single “Girls” featuring Cardi B, Bebe Rexha & Charli XCX, co-written by Reservoir’s Ali Tamposi, today. The fun and frothy summer jam and all-around female anthem explores sexuality with lyrics such as “I ain’t one-sided, I’m open minded” and “sometimes, I just wanna kiss girls”. Official Charts calls the single 2018’s “bisexuality anthem” that “celebrates female solidarity”, while Ora explains in an interview with People Music that it “represents freedom and the chance to be what you want to be- and there being no judgment”.
Hitmaker Ali Tamposi’s latest co-write is the follow up to her recent collaboration with Cardi B on the hip-hop love song “Thu Your Phone” off the rapper’s debut album Invasion Of Privacy, 5 Seconds of Summer’s new single “Youngblood”, and Bebe Rexa’s “Comfortable” featuring Kranium from All Your Fault: Pt 2, as well as Rita Ora’s three previous singles: Fifty Shades Freed’s “For You” with Liam Payne, “Anywhere”, and “Lonely Together” with Avicii.
