Recent Reservoir and One Riot roster addition Adia Victoria earned two 2022 Americana Music Awards nominations, including for Emerging Act of the Year. Victoria also received a nomination for Album of the Year for her album, A Southern Gothic. The awards will be held in Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on September 14^th.

Based in Nashville, Victoria describes her music as “gothic blues,” incorporating elements of rock, blues, country, and folk music. In August 2021, Victoria released the lead single off A Southern Gothic, “Magnolia Blues,” which Rolling Stone described as “an eerie, acoustic-guitar-driven tune that expands to thick bass and a ghostly orchestra of strings and banjo.” Following the album’s release, Rolling Stone also dubbed Victoria a “leading musical voice in Nashville.”
