2 Chainz fans are waiting with bated breath for the release of his major label debut, Based on a T.R.U. Story, available tomorrow on Def Jam Recordings.

A few lucky fans–Reservoir staff included–had the privilege of seeing the rapper perform at BET’s music video countdown show, 106 & Park, this afternoon.  2 Chainz performed “Riot” and “Spend It,” originally featured on his 2011 mixtape, T.R.U. Realigion.  “Riot” and “Spend It” were among the tracks that established 2 Chainz as an Internet phenomenon prior to his signing to Def Jam.
