Norwegian singer-songwriter Ina Wroldsen released her newest solo single “Sea” off her recently announced EP Hex, today. The “Rockabye” co-writer, comes back strong, yet slow with her melodious composed track. This marks Wroldsen’s debut as a Syco Records recording artist. On the origins of the cut, she tweeted, “this song is very special to me. It’s about my love for Norway and about how I feel a connection to the North Sea.”

The single is accompanied by an enchanting visual that explores Norwegian Fofklore. Says Wroldsen, “The Nøkken is a Scandinavian water spirit that I’ve always been so allured by. He’s what I see when I close my eyes and listen to the currents under the water.”
