INA WROLDSEN CUT ‘LIONHEART’ FEATURED ON NEW DEMI LOVATO ALBUM
Date:
Pop siren Demi Lovato releases her highly anticipated fifth studio album today, aptly named Confident. The album features notable power ballad, “Lionheart”, written by Reservoir/Reverb Music writer Ina Wroldsen. The cut has been named a standout on the album by critics, both for Lovato’s stunning performance and for the song’s powerful message. Newsday noted that “Lovato is at her best, though, with the esteem-building ballad “Lionheart,”… showing off both her vocal and emotional range as she pays tribute to her fervent fans, the Lovatics, and the inspiration they bring her.”
“Lionheart” is just the latest coup for Wroldsen in a string of successes this year: the hit-maker penned Jess Glynne’s #1 hit “Hold My Hand” as featured in the global Coca-cola ad campaign, co-wrote and performs on the Calvin Harris + Disciples smash hit “How Deep Is Your Love”, and was recently named a judge of Pop Idol Norway.
