After a two year hiatus and just in time for Valentine’s Day, Reservoir/Reverb Music writer Ida Corr drops her new power anthem “Down”. The two-time X-Factor Denmark judge tells Danish magazine BT, the cut is a reminder that we all need to fight for love and focus on the positive in each other. The lyric video, also debuting today, is raw and colorful, matching Corr’s vibrant vocals.

The time off allowed Corr to re-invent herself after a period of self-reflection. She chooses not to define herself when it comes to her sound, and instead makes music that feels good, noting that as she changed and evolved, so did her music. Corr is back in the studio working on her next full-length album.
