Fox’s Empire star Jussie Smollett has dropped the powerful new music video for his recently released track “F.U.W.”, co-written by Jim Beanz. The song, which stands for “F*cked Up World”, has been categorized by Smollett not as a single, but as a piece of artistic expression. The politically charged song and music video take a stand on current issues, tackling topics such as bigotry, racism, sexism, and xenophobia.

The black and white music video, directed by Smollett himself, was further explained on The View as an “opportunity and responsibility to represent everybody”.
