American pop singer Christina Aguilera released her highly anticipated eighth studio album, Liberation, today via RCA Records. The album features the Kanye West produced collaboration with Reservoir’s 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign “Accelerate.” The R&B and hip-hop influenced record is the pop powerhouse’s first album in six years. Rolling Stone says the “raw and moving” LP is a “healthy mix of hit-chasing, theatrics and soon-to-be classic power ballads that emphasize her immense skills,” while The Fader notes that “Accelerate” is one of the “most sonically interesting pop songs of 2018.”
