BRELAND DEBUTS NEW SINGLE “PRAISE THE LORD” AT THE ACM AWARDS
Date:
BRELAND premiered his new single “Praise the Lord,” featuring Thomas Rhett, at last night’s ACM Awards. The upbeat country cut tinged with gospel and pop elements is off his upcoming debut album, Cross Country. Sounds Like Nashville remarked on the dynamic performance, noting “BRELAND brought his signature euphoric energy and a smile that lights up an entire room – or stadium in this case” with “choir members dancing to the rhythm of the feel-good tune.”
Regarding the catchy single, Taste of Country further remarked “[It’s] a groovy, upbeat tribute to the simple things that make a country life worth living. Driven by a bouncing guitar riff and hand claps, the tune features lyrics centered on Southern imagery and production that cleverly blends elements from blues, country, and R&B. It’s a relatable, infectious anthem that is likely to connect with fans across genres.”
BRELAND has had an exciting start to the new year, being recently named Amazon’s Breakthrough Artist, which features “high-profile placement on playlists, a featured interview on the Country Heat podcast, an Amazon Original recording session, & more.”
