BISHOP BRIGGS PERFORMS ‘WHITE FLAG’ CO-WRITTEN AND PRODUCED BY DAVE BASSETT ON THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT
Date:
British alt-pop singer Bishop Briggs took to the Late Show With Stephen Colbert stage last night to perform ‘White Flag,’ co-written and produced by Reservoir writer Dave Bassett. Briggs’ intense performance of the lead single off her debut album Church of Scars, was complete with fog that matched her smoky vocals.
The anthemic cut was also featured as Amazon Music Alexa’s Song of the Day, following the release of Briggs’ new music video, in which she is seen at-the-ready, seemingly prepared to fight anyone who stands in her way.
“White Flag” follows Dave Bassett’s recent collaborations including Vance Joy’s singles ‘Lay It On Me’ and ‘Saturday Sun’, plus four songs off Pop Evil’s self-titled album released in February.
