RESERVOIR IN MLB
Date:
Major League baseball players are using Reservoir’s songs to make their statement as they make their way to the plate. Every MLB player needs a walk up song to get them in the zone before going up to bat. New York Yankees’ own Derek Jeter and Curtis Granderson from the Detroit Tigers have enjoyed hearing “Get Up” as performed by 50 Cent, written by Scott Storch during their 2009 baseball seasons. Other examples are Willie Harris of the Chicago White Sox who has walked up to “Freek-A-Leek” (by Jonathan Smith) and Nyjer Morgan of the Washington Nationals who listened to “Blow the Whistle” (also by Jonathan Smith) before several at bat experiences.
