2 Chainz single “No Lie” hit #1 on Billboard’s Hip-Hop/R&B Songs chart this week.  The track features Toronto-born rapper Drake and is the first single from 2 Chainz’ highly anticipated debut album, Based on a T.R.U. Story.

“No Lie” is one of four singles on the current Hip-Hop/R&B Songs chart featuring 2 Chainz—in addition to the top spot, there’s Kanye West’s “Mercy” featuring 2 Chainz, Big Sean, and Pusha T at #3, “Beez In The Trap” by Nicki Minaj featuring 2 Chainz at #37, and Based on a T.R.U. Story second single, “Birthday Song” featuring Kanye West, at #75.   “No Lie,” “Mercy,” and “Beez In The Trap,” are all charting on the Billboard Hot 100 as well.

2 Chainz has been in the media spotlight leading up to the release of Based on a T.R.U.
