The 2020 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards kicked off virtually today, with Reservoir writers contributing to seven cuts taking home the title of “Winning R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.” Congratulations to all our winners, including:
“24/7” by Meek Mill, which features a sample of Reservoir catalog cut of Beyonce’s “Me, Myself and I.”
“Baby Sitter” by DaBaby featuring and co-written by Migos‘ Offset
“Clout” by Offset feat. Cardi B, co-written by Offset
“Look Back At It” by A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie
“Please Me” by Bruno Mars and Cardi B, co-written by James Fauntleroy
“Pure Water” by Mustard featuring and co-written by Migos
“ZEZE” by Kodak Black featuring Travis Scott & Offset
Additionally, Saweetie’s “My Type,” which features a sample of the Reservoir catalog cut & Lil Jon collab “Freek-A-Leek” by Petey Pablo, also picked up the “Winning R&B/Hip-Hop Songs” award.
