RESERVOIR CUT CONTRIBUTES TO 2 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS

5/2/2019

The 2019 Billboard Music Awards were held last night in Las Vegas, Nevada. Drake’s hit album Scorpion, featuring cut “Finesse” co-written by James Fauntleroy, won big, taking home both Top Billboard 200 Album and Top Rap Album awards. As a note, Reservoir closed out both the Top Billboard 200 Album and Top Rap Album categories, with cuts featured on each of the nominated albums.

Additionally, during the ceremony, pop singer Halsey gave an emotional performance of her smash hit single “Without Me,” which features an interpolation of Reservoir catalog cut “Cry Me A River” by Justin Timberlake.
