LEWIS CAPALDI RELEASES ‘BREACH’ EP FEATURING “SOMETHING BORROWED” DEMO CO-WRITTEN BY DAVID SNEDDON

11/13/2018

Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi released his EP Breach today featuring a demo of “Something Borrowed” co-written by David Sneddon. OnesToWatch notes the allure of the track’s minimalistic “gospel-influenced tune" and its perfect fit on the tracklist, as the uplifting church choir influenced sound will “pull you out of the despair [previous track] ‘Someone You Loved’ left you in.”

The release of “Something Borrowed” marks the second collaboration between Sneddon and Capaldi, having previously teamed up on “Lost On You” and follows Sneddon’s recent collaborations with Kovacs, Nikhil, and Saara Aalto from earlier this year.
