JAPANESE ROCKER HOTEI DROPS NEW ALBUM ‘STRANGERS’ FEATURING TWO REVERB CUTS

Acclaimed Japanese rocker Hotei dropped his latest album, Strangers, internationally on Friday. Strangers features two cuts written by Reverb Music writer Norman Fisher-Jones, aka Noko of Apollo 440 fame.
The first track, “Barrel Of My Own Gun”, is a sultry rock track with a driving beat and gritty vocals, while “Move It” is a more uptempo industrial metal cut with slick guitar riffs. Richard Z. Kruspe, guitarist of the German rock band Rammstein and front man of band Emigrate, also appears on “Move It”.
Having sold more than 40 million albums in his native Japan, this is Hotei’s first album to be released internationally. Take a listen below:
