Ina Wroldsen‘s new solo project has earned more than just a hot debut at iTunes.  This past week, the 2015 Scandipop Award revealed two significant wins for Wroldsen: Best New Artist, and Best Debut Single for “Aliens (her er jeg)”.  With the nods, Ina finds herself recognized alongside fellow multiple-award winner Tove Lo.

The Scandipop blog followed up its nods to Ina with a songwriting retrospective of Ina’s staggering collaborative accomplishments, highlighting her contributions to hits like “Impossible” by Shontelle, “Empire” by Shakira, and “Hush Hush; Hush Hush” by The Pussycat Dolls.

In addition to racking up writing credits, Wroldsen has been teasing new content of late, promoting coverage of her new video for “Aliens”, which is currently awaiting its U.S. debut.
