Gucci Mane is back with another fire album release. The 17-track full-length LP, Mr Davis, which includes the cuts “We Ride (feat. Monica),” co-produced by Reservoir’s hit-maker Danja, and the album’s lead single “I Get the Bag (feat. Migos),” which was released in August, dropped today via Atlantic Records.

The Atlanta rapper’s flow in “We Ride (feat Monica)” is different than the style we usually hear from him. Gucci’s verses are romantic, seemingly talking directly to his fiancé, as Monica’s powerful vocals add R&B and Soul, exemplifying his growth as an artist. “It’s me and my ride or die, that my right hand/Got me thinking damn who gon be my best man. In a white tux with a live band playing/It’s like the new Gucci talking to the old Gucci.”

Gucci and Migos collab “I Get The Bag,” has continued to slay the charts since it’s release, the music video having passed 92 million views. All three rappers brag of their wealth, women, and lavish lifestyles, a flow similar to Migos’ “Slippery (feat. Gucci Mane),” off their RIAA Platinum Certified album Culture.

Danja most recently produced Indonesian superstar Agnez Mo’s newest single “Long As I Get Paid,” as well as Keyshia Cole’s “Incapable,” and French Montana’s “Jungle Rules.” Danja also received producing credits for four tracks off DJ Khaled’s, RIAA Certified Platinum album, Grateful, including “I’m so Grateful (feat. Sizzla),” “I Can’t Even Lie (feat. Future and Nicki Minaj),” “On Everything (feat. Travis Scott, Rick Ross, and Big Sean),” and the album’s lead single “Shining,” which features R&B’s power couple, JAY-Z and Beyoncé.
