Pop singer Camila Cabello released two new singles, “Shameless” and “Liar,” both co-written by Reservoir’s Ali Tamposi, today. The two captivating single releases are the first look at her upcoming album Romance. Both tracks are filled with yearning, as the groovy dance cut “Liar” deals with the fruitless denial of Cabello’s desire for a special someone, while passionate single “Shameless” delves into her intense feelings of a fiery crush.

Regarding the two singles, Cabello explains via Variety, “These songs are basically the story of my life the past couple years and the stories I’ve accumulated – I knew for a long time I wanted my album to be called ‘Romance’ because these stories are about falling in love.” Prior to the releases, there were several social media teases, one being a video of a key unlocking her heart.

Also released today, the music video for “Shameless” brings sultry visuals as Camila Cabello sings in a confessional booth, dances with doppelgängers, and runs through the street singing passionately. The comedic music video for “Liar” brings a message of true love and truthfulness as Cabello relives her horrible nightmare in a loop until she tells her full truth about loving a busboy.

“Shameless” and “Liar” follow Tamposi’s previous hit collabs including Camila Cabello and Shawn Mendes’ “Señorita,” 5 Seconds of Summer’s “Teeth” & “Easier,” and the Louis The Child and Wrabel collab “Too Close” among others.
