K-pop supergroup BTS’ latest album Love Yourself: Answer debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart this week. The album features lead single “Idol” co-written by Ali Tamposi, an additional bonus version of “Idol” featuring Nicki Minaj, and track “Airplane Pt.2” co-written by Ali Tamposi and Liza Owen. Furthermore, this marks Reservoir’s 14th #1 album on the Billboard 200 chart since the start of 2018.
Single “Idol” also made history with the biggest YouTube 24-hour debut of all time, racking up over 45 million views. The music video for the hype cut has since garnered an impressive 129 million+ views since its release on August 24th.
