Country singer Brantley Gilbert’s album Fire & Brimstone, featuring a collaboration with Josh Mirenda, premiered in the #1 top spot on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart for the week of 10/19/19. The 15-track project features the Mirenda co-written “Breaks Down,” which Gilbert explains via iHeart Radio, “is about hoping the car breaks down so he and his love interest in the flesh can steal some privacy.” Regarding the album’s creation, Brantley Gilbert also notes via Music Mayhem Magazine, “The writing process was unbelievable. Man, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to write with the best writers in Nashville.”
