Toronto-based multi-instrumentalist Beatchild has teamed up with the Slakadeliqs to release his new album Heavy Rockin’ Steady, today. Following Beatchild’s 2017 collaboration with Merna on Sandie Black, the genre defying 10-track album features recent single “The Only Difference” with Justin Nozuka. Heavy Rockin’ Steady, an innovative mixture of mellow-vibes, indie rock and gospel soul, is noted by Exclaim.ca as “retro, rich and layered… a thrilling journey you’ll be eager to repeat. There isn’t a single thing that Beatchild cannot do.”
