Members Martin Bøge Pedersen and Stine Hjelm Jacobsen
Electric Lady Lab is a Danish electro-pop duo made up of producer and songwriter Martin Bøge Pedersen and vocalist Stine Hjelm Jacobsen. Electric Lady Lab was founded in March 2009. Their debut album Flash! was released on January 7, 2011. The duo is part of the new wave of modern Danish dance music.

The couple has known each other since the 90s where they were attending the same school. Prior to Electric Lady Lab, Martin was part of the Danish pop duo The Loft while Stine was part of the indie pop band NU – both highly successful.

Electric Lady Lab debuted with the single "It's Over Now" in November 2009 but got their commercial breakthrough in June 2010 with "You & Me" sampling "Rhythm Is a Dancer", a 1992 hit from the German eurodance group Snap! The single made it to #2 on the official Danish Singles Chart and received a Platinum award. It was also a small hit in Norway, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

In 2001 Stine moved to London with her band NU and signed with legendary Paul Conroy. They toured all over UK and had supporting gigs - Dave Gahan on his European Tour in example.

Their single "Any Other Girl" was synced to the movie "American Pie" and was featured on the soundtrack among Foo Fighters and Blink 182.

Pre "Electric Lady Lab" Martin was a part of the Danish pop duo "The Loft". Their debut album went Gold and the single "City Of Dreams" which was the most played song on Danish radio in 2004 went Platinum and #1 on the Sales chart, #1 on the Airplay Chart and #1 on the Dancechart. Still a huge tune getting regular spins on Danish radio.
The Loft had another Gold selling single and a gold selling album in 2006.

"We definitely want to put Denmark on the international music map. But it's a tough business and we do believe it takes more than a couple of good songs to make it big all over the world", explains Bøge, "but then again, sometimes all it takes is that one hit song at the right time. We are 100% focused on building Electric Lady Lab up and know it takes a lot of hard work to play with the "big artists" out there, but we do believe we will get there eventually."
