ANNE-MARIE DROPS NEW SINGLE + VIDEO “ALARM” CO-WRITTEN WITH INA WROLDSEN

Rudimental singer Anne-Marie releases her new solo single “Alarm”, co-written with Reservoir/Reverb Music writer Ina Wroldsen. The song is the first new single the London-based vocalist has released since being crowned MTV’s Brand New For 2016 winner in February, which saw her join the ranks of past winners Justin Bieber and The Vamps.
Upon release, “Alarm” immediately attracted the attention of tastemakers, helping to place Anne-Marie on Tidal’s Tidal Rising: Artists To Watch list and earn a shout out on Clash‘s Track of the Day, the latter of which noted that the cut “finds the singer begin to soar”. Meanwhile, MTV has continued to show their support, commenting that they were “already on [their] hundredth play” of the track just after its debut.
Anne-Marie dropped a Romeo and Juliet-inspired music video in conjunction with the release of the single. Take a look below:
